There are a number of examples in the news related to ethical failures, disregard for social responsibilities, etc. Once you have selected an organization, research the facts of the situation thoroughly. Analyze the information about the circumstances that precipitated the need for change, how the change was conducted, and the outcome. Write a case study as though you were the consultant who led the change process. Be sure to focus on a detailed discussion with specific examples.
