Find a news report from a reputable media source about a recent development (i.e., occurred within the last three years) regarding the International Monetary Fund (i.e., the IMF’s practices and/or governance). Indicate the name of the story and where it can be found. Summarize the key contents of the report. Make the case for whether the story demonstrates that the IMF is substantively changing, or whether the story shows consistence with previous patterns. Describe what those previous patterns are based on Module 3 class readings. Explain that continuity or that change by reference to relevant theories from class readings.
