Prepare a one page write up about a particular food or a particular chef that you would like to study. Include the proper name, which he/she/ or it resides, the demographics of the region or what affected its development. You may use A to Z the world on the Burton Library page, Documentaries, Docu Series or textbooks for references. Do not skimp on words… the better the paper, the better the grade. You may choose almost any chef or topic related to food to discuss. Submitting this paper will also count for your attendance.
