You are required to submit a critical reflection piece based on the collective negotiation simulation carried out in Weeks 6 – 9. This simulation will be carried out in tutorials. You will be asked to reflect and evaluate the performance of your team members. Details of this assessment can be found below.
Using the material and concepts discussed in lectures, you are required to evaluate the negotiation actions and tactics of the other members in your group. You may choose to focus on one individual or several members of your group.:
1. Provide a critical analysis of the communication effectiveness and style of one or more of your team members, in the context of the negotiation scenario
2. Provide a critical analysis of the power dynamics between individuals and the two teams across the three weeks of the negotiation scenario
3. Using at least one evaluation tool, assess the effectiveness of both teams across the three weeks of the negotiation scenario
Each of your answers should be supported by relevant academic sources. A MINIMUM of eight academic sources is required in total and should be in APA 7th Edition format.
