The Washington, DC Metroplitan area is a target rich environment for Foreign Spies. There is a plethora of government and military personal with security classification up to the highest need to know access in our nation.
Through investigative measures and confidential source information, along with authorized wiretaps, and surveillance the following has come to light ~
Russian intelligence operatives are conducting offensive HUMINT operations in the DC area, using a front company that consists of an office cleaning business and mobile car wash service that goes to the client’s residence. The name of this company is “Clean with a Passion”. The company employs legitimate personal in addition to the foreign intelligence operatives. It is believed to be run by the SVR, the SVR is tasked with intelligence and espionage activities outside the Russian Federation.

You are the FBI Case Agent in charge of developing an offensive HUMINT operation to recruit one of the three targets below. You can only target one of the following personnel below and will have to articulate to me (CD-1A Supervisory Special Agent) why you are targeting them and not the others, what you plan to accomplish/results, and what approach/tactics will you use to target the person you chose ~
Target One Abdulov Yegor ~ is believed that the CEO is a suspected covert Russian high ranking SVR Officer, named Abdulov Yegor. To date there are no know vulnerabilities of this suspected intelligence officer (SIO). However, FBI surveillance has documented that Yegor seems to be very interested in enjoying alcoholic beverages, and the company of his younger female employees. He has a bevy of temporary younger female temp employees rotating in on a frequent basis.
Target Two Anaya Agafia ~ is the CEO’s driver and personal assistant named Anaya Agafia, CIA verified that while no know intelligence affiliations she is a documented badass, decorated combat veteran and former Spetsnaz (Special Forces) Commander.
Last year she intervened when on-duty Washington DC Metropolitan Police Officer Kate Miller was physically attacked by two purse snatchers armed with knives that Officer Miller chased on a foot pursuit. Officer Miller was in hand-to-hand combat with both assailants after her gun hand had been cut and she lost her weapon, Anaya tackled and disarmed one assailant as the other one cut her in the face. Anaya sustained a disfiguring facial scar, was recognized for her bravery by the police department and ended up becoming personal friends with Officer Miller, who sustained multiple cuts and was also recognized for bravery by the police department.
Target Three Antonio Scampi ~ is the companies Chief Finacial Officer (CFO), was born in Italy, immigrated to America when he was 16, graduated from the Air Force Academy commissioned as a financial management officer, after retirement was hired by Clean with a Passion and became the CFO. He has been divorced multiple times, has no children, no debt, no vices. Is believed to be unaware of the companies’ affiliation with Russian intelligence and to all appearances is a patriotic American. He has access to all records and personnel in the company.
