3. A brief description of an ethical dilemma you have encountered
4. The principles in conflict in this dilemma
5. A description of how you provided (or could have provided) a resolution to the dilemma. Be certain to integrate the specific items from the Code of Ethics into this discussion.
6. Finish the paper with a conclusion section
7. Include a reference page in APA format with at least 3 references.
8. As an appendix, please include a 1-2 paragraph statement that includes:
Your score from the plagiarism quiz noted above, identifies the items you answered incorrectly and what you learned as a result
How you incorporated what you learned into this paper

The subject to incorporate in this paper is about a medical respite for the homeless program launching. A grant is funding the project but there are many aspects of this project that are causing many ethical issues. There are only 6 beds, (How do you pick which homeless person is going to receive the bed) Which person is worse in health then the other. how do you tell someone that we can’t help you get a surgery that will benefit their lives. A social worker is supposed to help people.
it. The most a person can stay is 6 months.
It doesn’t matter if they have a home to go to, There is no option in extending the time. After six months you are released.
Wth this in social work it clashes with many of the ethical principles and values of our field.
