Communication is essential to our daily lives, and our overall well-being. In western society, violence permeates communication in many ways, leading to broken relationships and personal difficulties. Marshall Rosenberg’s methodology of “nonviolent communication” provides useful tools for healthy communication. Read pages 1-35 of Rosenberg’s book. Write a summary of the section, and provide 2-3 examples of how you could apply Rosenberg’s model to your own life (i.e., three different scenarios in your life, in work, relationships, family life, etc.)
