Write a discussion paper on what is Populating Maps.
(this can not be cutting and pasting off of google) that illustrate
the spatial distribution of two different components
of population change (e.g., total population change,
natural increase, and/or net migration). Do this by developing a
legend and classifying each county into one of three categories.
Use specific colors or hatch marks to identify the ranges.
Use the maps to illustrate population change for each county,
the region as a whole, and any spatial patterns that emerge.

the blank maps will be in the Homework Instructions attached
