Congress is the branch of government that makes policies and laws that govern the United States. Keeping in mind what you have learned so far in class, select a topic that you would like to see Congress solve. In an essay, describe the topic, and explain why that issue is important. Also, give any ideas as to how Congress should address that topic. Try and keep the issue relevant to you or to your community.
