Systems Innovations, the organization that created the video on social structures, mentions that: “Each of these different bases (coercion, exchange and normative) for giving over our agency create very different social structures with a different process of change” (2016). Choose one of the bases and explain, from your own personal experiences and observations, how you have seen this within the realm of education/schooling. If you feel you have not personally experienced or witnessed these in action, research (via Google) how others might have experienced one of these. (And, maybe it’s not a personal experience, but certainly a personal observation in the ways in which schooling shapes the way we interact with one another).
