Write a paper on the Mechanic and Tanner article describes a framework for understanding how Americans may view vulnerable populations. Their “sinner vs. victim” model will resonate with many of you, and you’ll have heard many of the arguments on the two sides. What do you think? Are teens who get pregnant sinners (remember, this is not in the religious sense)? Or are they victims? Are they both?
