This executive summary is limited to no more than three (3) pages using 10-12 point font and executive
summary format.
The executive summary should include identification of primary points of the article. Among the many of the concepts you should consider covering are:
– Examine promotion of global citizenship as advocated by the
authors. What are some of the most significant advancements in
our notions of organization as citizen?
– Compare and contrast the three perspectives for promoting
organizational citizenship.
– Review the measuring of social performance and note the
development and progression of the measurement following the
publishing of this material.
– Analyze the four approaches used to assess universal ethics.
How were the various findings similar or different?
– Review the dark side of globalization and the dilemmas of
ethical diversity.
– Discuss issues of ethnocentrism and the related topics.
– Examine the recommended concepts (i.e., role of integrative
social contract theory, hyper-norms) in assessing ethics.
Any relevant documentation supporting your analysis and sources
consulted are encouraged to be included in an appendix.
