We have only covered issues covered in Amendment 1 of the Bill of Rights thus far. There are several other interesting civil liberty protections provided by the Bill of Rights. Select an issue that is covered in the remaining portion of Chapter 2 in Constitutional Government in America (death penalty, search and seizure issues, gun rights, abortion, privacy, etc.), and write a two-page essay summarizing how this issue has evolved in pertinent case law. Additionally, determine if your chosen issue affects the Christian church. Explain why (or why not) and how it could or does affect the Christian church.
