Formatting: Double-space your paper and use 12 point Times New Roman. Do not include a title page, abstract, endnotes, or bibliography/reference page. **This applies to those of you who are Legal Studies students. You should be using Bluebook format, which requires footnotes instead of a reference page. If you are not a Legal Studies student, you may use APA format. In that case, you will need a reference page.
