Review, minimally, two academic/scholarly sources and the course text.
Empirical articles (data-based studies) are almost always preferable to theoretical articles
(white papers, or articles that propose an idea but do not test it). Articles cited should typically come
from peer-reviewed journals (those that say they are reviewed by the authors peers). Examples of
excellent peer-reviewed journals in the discipline include:
Human Relations
Human Resource Management Journal
International Journal of Human Resource
Management
Journal of Applied Behavioral Science
Journal of Leadership & Organizational Studies
Journal of Organizational Behavior
