Identify Community of Interest
Identify a specific patient populuation within a community of interest. Students will collaborate with their Interprofessional Collaborator (IPC) to identify their selected community of interest and to complete the Community Needs Assessment. Additional collaboration will occur between the student and their select preceptor to develop a community action plan, create a community action plan intervention, and complete a community action plan presentation.

Low-Income Women of Color who reside in the city of Orlando, Florida
