The case assignment is to be prepared using the informal report format. Recognize that what you are writing is a proposal for a solution that doesn’t have specific alternatives that the decision-maker wants you to consider.
The body of the case should be a maximum of three (3) pages (double-spaced, one-inch margins, times roman 12 point font) with the exception of the memo heading and decision criteria which can be single-spaced. A maximum of five additional pages may be used for exhibits. Exhibits should include a “Risks and Contingency Heat map” and also an “Implementation Plan Gantt Chart”.
