It is expected that each student will perform vital signs on at least 5 clients during the clinical rotation. Please upload a document with the following for each of the 5 clients:
Full set of vital signs
Normal or abnormal
If abnormal what factors may be contributing to the abnormal finding.
The patients are all elderly with mental disorder. Mostly Dementia.
