Summary:
You will be assigned a research article, case study, or report to read for this assignment. You are then to connect the theory’s readings assigned for the Week and the article assigned.
Each assignment is to be at least two pages double spaced and explain how the week’s theories connect to the research article, case study, or research report that are assigned. The assignment should include the following components and should consist of these components as APA style headings to orient the reader:
Introduction
Describes what you will cover in the paper include a thesis statement.
Synopsis of article
Describes the overall topic of the research report, research article, or case study. Describes the research methods and analysis [do not quote verbatim, this is a summary]. Use APA in-text citations. 1-2 paragraphs that summarize the findings.
Relevant theories
Summarizes theories used in the article and identifies theories that might be relevant to the article.
Application to Practice
Makes connections between the article content, the theories identified, and how to improve nonprofit practice or think about nonprofit administration differently.
