Discuss” Tensions in city-regional spatial planning: the challenge of interpreting layered institutional rules” and how it relates to the creation of spatial planning policies in the European Union, for which I attach other sources. The title of my critical paper is “The city-region of Kotka-Hamina (Finland) and its relation to policy-making in the European Union” in which a question or a problem should be posed, which should be developed during the whole paper and have a critical conclusion on the posed problem.
