A manifesto is a powerful declaration of values and intentions about a topic, idea or event. This manifesto will act as your opportunity to consider, reflect and create your personal declaration of the leadership attributes you have seen in yourself and those that you wish to further develop. Once written, the manifesto should serve as your personal statement about your own leadership attributes, journey, and beliefs.
