Write a paper about the best practices for managing groups and leading teams to influence team effectiveness including establishing a shared vision.
Focus on evidence-based approaches for leadership behaviors and effective communication.
Examine behaviors amongst team members and team leaders that reflect professionalism and employs organizational integrity for an inspired goal.
Include some of the following concepts: conflict negotiation and resolution, coaching and motivating others, facilitating discussion, cooperation, consensus-building, building team spirit and delegation. Communication skills should be included such as demonstrating the ability to interpret the unspoken or partly expressed thoughts, feelings, and concerns of others, especially those who may represent diverse backgrounds and very different worldviews.
