Discuss the short-term effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on university graduates transitioning to the labor market.
With the following research questions/topics to write about
1. The difference on how inclined university graduates are to enter the labor market compared to previous pools of graduates? (unemployment etc.)
2. differences university graduates face when entering the labor market compared to previous pools of graduates?
3. key criteria university graduates set to look for in a career when considering employment?
I need a general introduction on the problem statement with some literature and then literature on the three topic. Then from the literature review draw up hypothesis.
After this I will continue myself with the data method/collection etc. so i just need literature review & hypothesis (Chapter 2 in attachment of thesis structure).
