For example, if you elect to write about the UCC (Uniform Commercial Code), you would look through the UCC and select one specific section such as Buyers Remedies as opposed to writing your paper on the entire UCC – which would be too broad of a paper for this assignment. You should provide examples, and use any cases you come across in your research to support your topic if possible.
