How to Move Rows in a Word Table
Put your cursor/ insertion point in a word on the row you want to move.
Press ALT and SHIFT keyboard keys AT THE SAME time
While holding down the ALT and SHIFT keys use the arrows up and down on your keyboard to move the row.
If using a MAC, use the OPTION instead of ALT so OPTION & SHIFT.
