The purpose of this individual assignment is to analyze and integrate your course learning, and to formulate and demonstrate your own individual leadership development plan.
There are a few major parts to this assignment (1. End-of Chapter Questionnaires, 2. LDP Paper, 3. LDP Mini-presentation / Roundtable Participation
3. LDP roundtable participation (contributes to PT Scores). In advance of the roundtable, prepare a brief 1 -2 slide overview of your evolving LDP Assessment and Plan and attach to this assignment and the discussion board. Highlight your evolving brand, select strengths and weaknesses, and key action items are considering.
