For your thread, select one of the guiding questions from our announcement for the week of April 11th and create a three to four paragraph response using the primary documents from this week’s readings. Detail how this response explains the causes of the Civil War.

2) How did these changes alter views concerning women’s rights and slavery?
3) What were the goals of the abolitionist movement and how did the intend to achieve them?

5) How and where did opposition to slavery emerge?
