Purpose: The purpose of this assignment is for students to identify and describe basic psychological concepts and research findings in biological, cognitive, developmental, social and personality, and mental health. Describe psychological science’s reliance on empirical evidence to systematically study mental processes and behavior including key concepts such as experimental versus correlational research, variables, and types of studies.
In a 1-2 page (not counting title or refence page) APA-style format, complete the following: Create a research proposal (you will not be conducting research) revolving around psychology. Your research proposal must include the following:
Research Methodology and Design (explain why)
Variables – at least one independent and one dependent
Research Question/s
Hypothesis (explain where/how you developed this hypothesis)
