SUMMARY
Project implementation often fails at some level due to lack of planning, communication, and risk management. Taking this course will make a difference in developing the thought process for project planning and delivery and understanding how projects can expose an organization to various types of risk. Analyze a case for project planning requiring the development of project planning documents: project charter, work breakdown structure (WBS), schedule, budget, and risk management plan. Reflect on the project plan as a whole, the complexities of global project implementation, project manager characteristics, and ethical perspectives on project leadership from a Christian worldview.
