The identification of the problem section should identify what problem your plan will solve and why the
problem needs solving.
Methodology (250-300 words)
The Methodology section provides a description and justification of the methodology and technique the
team used to research:
· the organization targeted by the project
· the problem being solved
· the solutions to the problem (e.g. instructional document or marketing plan)
· the method of deploying the solution
· the method of acquiring feedback on the feasibility of the solutions
· testing of solutions
Analysis of Problem (250-300 words)
A description of a SWOT analysis of the problems. A SWOT analysis examines a problem or organization by looking at:
· Strengths – the strengths of the organization or existing document/marketing plan
· Weaknesses – weaknesses of the organization or existing document/marketing plan
· Opportunities – the opportunities or methods for solving a problem
· Threats – description of internal or external challenges to problem solving
each section is 250-300 words each paragraph
