Upload a completed 6-week exercise journal. This journal should include the type of activity/exercise, the date you exercised, the time spent doing the activity, a description of how you felt while doing the activity and your perceived exertion rate. It is imperative to the course that this data comes from your activity tracker in the form of screenshots or shared data. Every submission must include a date and either heart rate or distance shown. In addition to your journal please include a post fitness test as outlined in Unit 1 Topic 4 “Fitness Testing”.
In addition, type a one-page reflection on the exercise plan experience. Be sure to include your original exercise plan and state if the goals you set were accomplished. Please also address what challenges you encountered, what benefits you noticed, and what you would do differently going forward.
