For this assignment there are 2 parts. They are separate assignments but based on the same topic. Submit as 2 separate submissions part 1 and part 2.

SENSITIVE DATA OR INFORMATION AND DATA BREACH POLICY
· Write a 4-5 double spaced pager that critiques the existing policy which is sensitive data or information and data breach policy
· Find an existing policy of this type (the same as the topic) to critique. This topic will be the same for the whole assignment. (Just reference this policy or add as a separate PDF).
· You need to dissect it thoroughly, finding the do’s and don’t’s and what is good and bad with the policy that you found like a good informatician would. Write down your findings and short analysis.
· The introductory section should be no more than 1 page in length. The cover and reference pages do not count towards the required page length for the assignment (Min 3-4 pages).
Part One of this assignment needs the references and title page which are not included in the page count.

PART TWO: Please submit under assignment Final Application Assignment: Part Two
· Write a 7- to 9 double spaced page paper that creates a new policy describing the topic of your choice (same topic as for part one) for the policy security section of a healthcare organization’s InfoSec Security Policy Document.
· This should include a thoughtful analysis of the requirements for the policy and why you think they are necessary. Defending your rationale.
· The introductory section should be no more than 1 page in length. The cover and reference pages do not count towards the required page length for the assignment.
· The completed policy should be approximately 2-4 pages long ( and may be part of your total page count). Make sure you put all the parts necessary to make a valid policy as part of the larger Info Security Policy of a healthcare organization (these are usually 200-500 pages long).
Part Two of this assignment needs their references and title page which are not included in the page count.
