Propose a quality improvement project for your workplace context and consider its implications for patient safety and quality of care (10 marks) 2. Include a rationale for the quality improvement project, linked to governance and patient safety and integrated to the NSQHS Standards (6 marks) 3. Critically discuss the approaches and contemporary methods used for enabling continuous quality improvement in health care (6 marks) 4. Demonstrate an understanding of the factors used to enhance patient safety with quality improvement initiatives including the use of baseline measurement strategies and audit processes (6 marks) .
