Write a paper comparing the current system (Progressive) with a flat tax rate of 15%. Research and writing 2 pages term paper giving details on what is the best tax system. In my Opinion, the current tax systems is best for everyone, which is progressive tax system, where the rates increase with income. It is fair both low income earners and high income earner, but especially for the low income earners.
