A. This is an Ohio History class and my topic is Infant Mortality in Ohio. Ohio is ranked one of the highest states in infant mortallity.
B. The paper must include at least four sources of information from which will be cited extensively in the text of the paper. The textbook and the class outlines can be two of your sources if you WANT them to be.
C. Only one sources can be a “generic” website, but Wikipedia is not acceptable. NOTE: E-Journals, E-Books, and documents from government and “think tank” organizations are NOT websites. These are E-sources, some of which are only available on-line, that are safe to use.
D. All written material must include a cover page, be typed in Times New Roman, 12-point style.
E. Your double-spaced paper needs to include cited material in the text of your work. Without proper citation, it is assumed to be plagiarized.
F. The term paper must be a minimum of four pages, not including a separate title page and bibliography page.
