View the video posted in Module 10A. This video is about a thief who stole a police car. After reviewing the video start to examine his situation in its entirety. Write an essay using the Restorative Justice Model to outline this case. So using what you have read on restorative justice explain what would or should happen in this case if the Restorative Justice Model is being used. Ergo: he gets charged next, but what might be considered in a plea bargain. What would happen if our system focused on the Restorative Justice Model? Who would be involved and how? What are the reasons for things to happen like they do?
This is an essay. It needs to be properly outlined. This means one big paragraph is not acceptable. It must have a beginning issue/theory statement, then paragraphs of discussion and reasoning. Then a conclusion. I expect terms for the book to be used in relation to theories and rationales.
*If you want to find your own video that is ok but it must present a clear example that can be used for restorative justice. Murder cases are not good for these types of arguments.
