1. introduction about the company, its nature of business and what is the purpose from the analysis.
2. Trend and cross-sectional analysis: you need to make the vertical and horizontal analysis for 2020-2021 financial statements and make comments on the results explaining the relationships between number and how can you benefit from these numbers to predict the future of this company.
3. Ratio analysis: you need to calculate all groups of ratios (liquidity ratios, activity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and valuation ratios) for both 2020-2021 financial periods and compare for each group of ratios between the tow periods and with a benchmark.
4. For certain figures you need to go to the notes to explain the content of the numbers and the method of valuation for certain assets, liabilities, or equity such as investment, PPE or investment property.
5. Conclusion: at the end, you need to discuss the results that you obtained, what these results means? How are they going to help you in making decisions?
