YOU DO NOT DO A COVER PAGE THE THREE PAGES SHOULD BE THE ACTUAL SOURCES AND THEIR ANNOTATIONS. In this annotated bib you will have FIVE sources. 1. The first source should be “Incidents in the Life of a Slave Girl” by Harriet Jacobs 2. The second source should be a secondary source that discusses enslaved women within the institution of American slavery. It should be a journal article that was written by a historian and published by an academic affiliated Journal within the last 25 years. 3. The other THREE sources should be primary sources that are associated with American slavery between 1776 – and 1865. A primary source was created during the period being studied or written by an individual who lived at the time and observed the event that he or she is describing. Primary sources usually take the form of letters, diaries, journals, newspapers, government documents, and autobiographies.
