Description: Production of Research Plan Length in words: 2,000 words. Due date: 24th April 2022 Instructions: Plan a piece of research and an associated output that is designed to make some change in the world. Explain the rationale for: 1. the research (approximately 500 words), 2. the methodology (approximately 500 words), 3. a detailed description of the proposed output (approximately 500 words), and the ways in which you envisage that it will effect change (approximately 500 words). You can choose any of the issues and methods that our guest speakers have explored with you, or you can write about a research interest of your own. You will need to use academic references from the module (the list is below, in addition more pdf sources will be uploaded to choose from) and from your wider reading. You can either plan something that is realistic and achievable by a single researcher at Masters level, or you can imagine that you are writing this plan as a request for a large amount of funding, working with a team of any size, to be requested from a major funding body. Successful pieces will present well designed research, of interest to the academic and wider community, with a clear articulation of how it will change things for the better.
