Write a paper based on your reading of The Principles of Psychology by William James. This is not a biography, nor a summary of the book, but rather a descriiption about what the work reveals about the time and place it was written. What were this culture’s values, fears, preoccupations? What have you learned about the mentality of people at the time, the structure of their society, what interested them most. It can be about anything, but it will probably be best to choose something philosophical, literary, or historical. Also this should be in 12 point font Times Roman 2500-3000 words. Send as a word document NOT a pdf. Please use Chicago Manual of style footnotes rather than in-text citations like APA and MLA. You may use secondary sources, but primarily you will just be reading the book itself.
