The accompanying PowerPoint slides should follow all rules of doctoral research including Harvard Referencing (LOs tested 1, 2 and 3). Explain how you intend to address your development needs in the form of a detailed personal development plan alongside a considered rationale for your proposals. (LO tested 4).
