Introduction
Building on your annotated bibliography, and the prior writing assignments, you will complete a literature review paper that demonstrates your ability to support a research question with relevant research.

Using the academic sources that you outlined in your annotated bibliography you will be writing a literature review paper that:

Clearly states a question (or multiple questions) that identifies a business problem centering on consumers or employees.
Supports and explores this question through a review of relevant scholarly articles.

For a more detailed explanation of what a literature review paper should accomplish explore Organizing your Social Science Research Paper: 5. The Literature Review. Note: The only types of literature review that is relevant for this project are the argumentative review and the integrative review.

I added my annotated bibliography in a word document it also has my references but you do not need to make a reference page.

Literature Review Instructions
Return to your annotated bibliography and critically reflect on each source to decide if you will include it in your literature review. Does it help support, further or refine your research question? At this time, you can explore additional sources that might be more helpful.
Write a coherent summary and critical evaluation of the research articles that you decide are relevant to your question(s). You should devote at least one full paragraph to each article you review, describing:
What the findings were
How the findings relate to your research question
Decide the order in which you present your review of each article within your paper. Select an order that makes sense to your question. For different ideas for organization, review, Organizing your Social Science Research Paper: 5. The Literature Review, Part III Ways to Organize your literature review.
Identify what information remains unanswered from your review of the literature.

Paper Structure
No cover page

Abstract (1 page maximum)
Clearly state the question, or questions, you are seeking to answer in your review of the literature. Be sure to explicitly mention the business problem (related to consumers or employees) that you are trying to understand or illuminate.

Literature Review (10 pages maximum)
Use sub-sections marked with sub-questions to create a logical flow to the articles you review. Consider including summary content or content to transition to proceeding sections.
Begin with the business problem you are investigating and end with insights related to the business problem at the end of your review (conclusion).

Research Proposal or Action Plan (1 page maximum)
Outline a preliminary proposal or plan for how you intend to structure your own research study.
This could include ideas on how you would collect data through a survey, focus group, interviews or other method.

If you know that your topic is still too broad, or if you are unclear about your question for research, then state what actions you will take to move towards clarity (more research, seeking out specific professors, waiting for internship to get more ideas, and so on).

You do not need to include a Reference page I already completed that. Please do not add that in the pages you must complete I can add it later.

1. Title: Negative reviews can have a positive impact on consumers.
Question: Would openly posting negative reviews on a companys website makes the company appear trustworthy or incompetent?
Consumers want companies that are warm and competent. Warmth is what the company can do for the consumer and how open and genuine they are about their intentions. Competence is how well a companys ability to achieve, its efficiency, its skills, and overall impact. I think if a company openly shows their negative reviews consumers would rate them high in warmth. If there are not an overwhelming number of negative reviews the company could still be perceived as competent. However, I would be curious to see how many negative reviews a company or product could have before consumers start seeing them as incompetent.
