Instructions from instructor: The Essay should consist of a cover page, 4 pages about your artist, a bibliography page, and 1 example of their work. The format is as follows: You will need a cover page about your artist with your name and title of your essay. The essay body will be at least 4 typed pages about the artist and their work, double spaced, 14 pt.. You will need a bibliography page with your references and at least 1 image of the artist work. Your essay will be between 7 to 9 pages in total length if done correctly. As an example; Page 1 – Cover Page Page 2 – 5 – Essay Body Page 6 – Bibliography page Page 7 – 9 – Image of art You may choose any artist out of the book or one of your choice that has enough reference to do a good paper. DO NOT DO ANY OF THE FOLLOWING; Michelangelo, da Vinci, van Gogh, Picasso, Warhol, Dali, Frida Kahlo, Diego Rivera, Claude Monet, or Robert Rauschenberg. This is 20% of your total grade so do a great job and I’d start on it soon. For every day that it is late I will deduct a letter grade off your essay. I want you to find an artist and tell me about their life, their work, what era of art they worked in, and what contributions they made to the world of art. You may turn the essay in early.
