If you choose to do a critical/creative project, walk me through your plans, being as specific as you’re able to be at this stage. Tell me which text you will writing about in part 1, and say a bit about why you want to use it as your starting point. Describe what you want to do with the story, in terms of narrative and argument and of the practicalities of the medium you have chosen for your retelling. The practicalities of retelling should probably be the thing you say the most about here. You should also say something about why you have chosen to retell the story in the way you’re planning to.
