Identify and critique at least two existing data collection instruments (surveys/questionnaires) that pertain to your topic of interest. The Topic is “The perceptions of Guardian liability of underage cyber aggressors from multiple stakeholders” Would either of these instruments be appropriate for your study? Why or why not? Your critique should address the type of instrument, the number of data questions and ease of use, and the applicability of the questions to your study. If you like the instrument but it is not completely applicable to your topic of interest, could you feasibly revise your study to fit the instrument? Why or why not? If there are no existing data collection instruments that are truly applicable to your topic, discuss your rationale for designing your own instrument and describe the process you will use to validate your instrument.
