Your part of the presentation focuses on current technology-related issues human resource professionals are faced with in today’s state of changing technology in the workplace Your presentation should specifically highlight issues surrounding compliance with legal and ethical standards. Your portion of the presentation must include information that covers the following:
Explain new and emerging technologies in the workplace that impact the Human Resource function.
Discuss the importance of policies and procedures governing the use of technology in the workplace. Then, explain which policies are the most difficult to enforce and why.
Identify at least two new technologies (ex. social media) that might present a risk to an organization. Discuss necessary policies needed to manage their use.
