The assignment this week is to identify a workplace problem that can be addressed using social psychology research to use in your Workplace Problem-Solution Proposal. This can be drawn from your current place of employment or from somewhere that you worked in the past. Connect with your instructor if you’re interested in addressing a problem in a setting other than the workplace. As throughout most of adult learning, your fellow students are often your best resource, so use this discussion forum to share your proposal, ask questions about your ideas and get feedback! What is the problem you are going to address? Who will be the audience for your proposed solution? What action will you want the audience for your proposal to take? What inquiry question will you use to locate relevant research findings and conclusions from social psychology? What type of information resource(s) will have the information most relevant to solving the problem you’ve identified? Frame your feedback in terms of how well you think the ideas they’ve brainstormed align with the questions. Feel free to offer plenty of additional suggestions!
