After choosing a village and assessing its needs and identifying the health issue causing maternal or infant mortality in Discussion: Assessing the Need, you will now develop a program within the village that will impact these specific health issues causing maternal/infant mortality/morbidity.
A logframe provides the logical structure of a program, its focus, strategy, and outcomes. As stage 2 of the final proposal paper, you will complete a logframe to help develop the program you plan to implement. Make sure you have read the final paper instructions to give you the bigger picture for the final project as each assignment is a step in the completion of the proposal paper.
INSTRUCTIONS
Complete each of the logframe templates (A & B). The first (A) is a summary logframe which provides brief points to include the following:
• Identify the problem causing maternal/infant mortality/morbidity that the program will address in the title section.
• Describe at least 3 causes for this specific health problem. Be specific. (only one point per box.)
• Indicate how you will solve this problem.
• State who participates in the action.
• When the action will begin.
