1. Slide 1: Name of the book and the author 2. Explain in your own words why you’ve decided to read the book 3. Do research and design a few more slides that will cover the following: a. Give a short bio of the author b. When was the book was written / published? c. The genre and/or the movement the book belongs to (e.g. romanticism, realism, magical realism, etc.) d. Has the book been staged in theater? Has a movie/ TV series been released based on its plot? e. When and where does the action take place in the book? f. Who are the main characters in the book? g. Describe the plot of the book: what is the rising action (the point that leads to the greatest tension) , climax (the greatest tension), falling action (the point in which tension decreases), and resolution (the end of the story) of the plot? h. What sort of conflict (s) do the main characters face? How do they resolve these conflicts? i. What social and/ or political issues does the book describe? j. What is your opinion about these social / political issues?
