Please develop a proposal for presentation to the Selection Committee that addresses the following challenge:
You have been requested by the Board of Directors to develop a fundraising proposal that outlines how you would lead and achieve the fundraising of $5 million+ annually to support renewal of capital equipment and future building
enhancements. Please pay particular attention to and outline for us your proposed approach to developing the plan. In addition, identify any risks you foresee and provide examples of the tactics, costs and timelines associated with your proposal. Finally, tell us what monitoring and evaluation methodology and related metrics you would propose to utilize.
